LOCALLY PRODUCED, ECOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY We want to make sure that our business is environmentally friendly. This means that we strive to use ecologically and locally produced raw materials. All of the pastries at our café are home-made and we only serve ecological fair trade coffee. Even cleaning and waste sorting is taken care of as ecologically as possible.

About us

The proprietors here at Degersand are Janina and Peter Lindström. Janina (also called Ninna) takes a genuine interest in people, service and cooking, and is thus very much at home as the Managing Director and hostess of Degersand camping. Peter (or Pecka) is also dedicated to providing high quality service, and sees to taking care of all the practical tasks in and around the camping grounds. Moreover, Peter is fond of fishing and a wizard at preparing delicious smoked treats using his own catch.

Ninna and Peter share the ownership of Degersand camping with two other families, comprising of Stefan Eriksson, Jonathan and Frida, and Leif and Tessa Nordlund, Celinda, Alexander and Leonard. At Degersand, the families have finally realized their old and slightly wild dream of running an establishment together.

The pictures on this website have been taken by Anders Gunnedahl, the architect who has also helped us with the sketching, designing and purchases made for Degersand. Other contributors are Göran Bok, Peter & Mari Rosenqvist and Annika Rehn Zetterqvist.
